What changes the plan
Confirm that the event is actually organized, that your vehicle or visitor ticket is accepted and that the venue permits the gathering. A social post is not proof of a current booking. Save the organizer’s arrival instructions and use the designated entrance. Arriving early does not justify waiting in a driveway or taking a reserved space.
Ask before touching a car, leaning into its cabin or filming a person at close range. Keep bags and equipment away from paintwork, and let the owner decide whether a door or roof can be opened. Do not request revving, wheelspin or a fast exit for a video. Those actions can create risk and undo the organizer’s relationship with the venue.
Leave through the normal traffic process and take your litter with you. If you publish photographs, identify the model accurately and do not imply that a parked vehicle is available to rent. Credit photographers under the agreed terms. Good etiquette makes future access easier for everyone, including visitors who simply want to look and learn.
